The apartment is located on the top floor of a house in a quiet part of Brela. It is at 45 meters above the sea level and 150 meters from the beach. The apartment is brand new and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a nice, large terrace with beautiful view over the sea. The price includes the tourist tax, cleaning after check-out, air conditioning, parking and internet. It is ideal for those who want to escape from the city crowd. The apartment is very spacious and its size is 140 m2. The size of the terrace is 38 m2, and the living space is 75 m2, while the size of the entrance space is 27 m2. Every room has its own air condition and a large Tv. Also, there is a solar shower on the terrace, so you can fresh up while enjoying the sun. The whole space is at your disposal. The entrance is not shared with anyone. Guests should follow the house rules. Since the apartment is brand new, on arrival you will need to leave a deposit in case something bigger breaks. If there is no damage or only minor ones, such as a broken glass or plate, the deposit will be refunded upon your departure.
