Our apartment Paulo is located on the ground floor of our family house in a quiet side street in the residential area of the small coastal town of Funtana, some 800 m from the nearest beach and only 300 m from the wine gardens, olive groves and bike trails surounding Funtana.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, ideal for a family with a small child or for a couple looking to relax and enjoy their holiday in a friendly atmosphere, a light flooded living room with a sofa bed for one additional guest with an exit to a lovely covered balcony with garden furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee-maker, electric kettle, fridge-freezer a full set of cuttlery and dishes and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
In the garden you have at your disposal a covered veranda with hand-made wooden furniture and a barbecue, just perfect for spending a lazy summer afternoon or sharing a dinner outdoor with your family and loved ones.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has limitless wi-fi, satellite reception TV and a covered parking space.

Our guest have free access to a nearby camping resort Bijela Uvala where we own a Sport Centre and are happy to provide bikes, tennis courts, mini-golf and table tennis at special discount prices. Two of our family members are professional tennis teachers and players so have a go at the noble sport and fully enjoy an active vacation in the lovely Istria.
The price of the apartment includes all costs - wi-fi, air-conditioning, sojourn tax, parking, bed linen and towels. Bed linen is changed weekly, towels every three days or as requested by the guests.
Your small to middle sized dog is also welcome for a small additional fee of 6,00 € per night.
To confirm your reservation, we require a down-payment in the value of one night's stay.
The remaining amount is paid during your stay, in cash, either in Euros or in local currency - the Croatian Kuna.
