Villa Ana is situated in a lovely seaside village Molunat. We are located directly by the sea with our own beach access, which has a shower and berth facilities for boats. Parking is available under the shade in front of the house for all guests. Our comfortable apartments are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation providing peace and quiet. We offer you a place you would want to return to and be most welcome back. All apartments have air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue grill outside. Each apartment has a balcony and a shaded terrace. Molunat is small fishing and tourist village, located in one of the most beautiful bays in the southern Adriatic sea, at a distance of 40 km SE from the well-known cultural and historic Old city of Dubrovnik, and 20 km from the Dubrovnik Airport and Cavtat.
