Elegant countryside Villa Vinea, an eco-friendly accommodation is situated in Prapatnica, Dalmatian hills, 400 m above sea level with beautiful views of countryside.

The premises  cover  an area of 4 500 m², the villa itself occupies an area of 318 m².

The villa consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment of  83 m² with exit to the  groundfloor  terrace of 80m² , two apartments  of 35 m² each  with exit to the terrace of 85 m² . It has  4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , 3 kitchens, an area for dining and a  living room. It is suitable for accommodation of 10 people. The whole villa is fully equiped including, TV, Wi-Fi, airconditioner.The ground floor and the first floor are connected by exterior staircase.

There is an outdoor swimming pool of 60m² in front of the villa. There is an outdoor shower, barbecue,  parking space,a eco- garden with lawn surrounded by  trees and  two vineyards.

Entrance hall with airconditioner.

1 room with 1 doubla bed, and 1 room with 2 single beds with exit to the small balcony.

An area for dining and a living room with 1 sofabed, flat-screen  TV (Satellite Channels), airconditioner, table for 6 people. Open kitchen : 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffe machine. Exit to the terrace.

Bathroom with shower, lavabo, bidet, wc, washing machine.

Upper floor

Apartment  2 of 35 m² with exit to the roofed terrace of 85 m².

1 room with 1 double bed with exit to the terrace.

An area for dining and a living room with 1 sofa bed, flat-screen TV, airconditioner, table for 4 people, kitchen corner (4 hot plates, oven , freezer, electric kettle).

Bathroom with shower, lavabo, wc.

Apartment 3 of 35 m² with exit to the roofed terrace of 85 m² .

1 room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed with exit to the terrace.

The groundfloor terrace of 80 m²  with 2 wooden tables for 10 people, deck chairs.

 The roofed  terrace of 85 m²  with terrace furniture, deck chairs, sun umbrella.

An outdoor swimming pool of 60 m², depth 160 cm (deck chairs, sun umbrella, pool towels); an outdoor shower, barbecue,  parking space (7-8 cars).
